tagsMaking Christmas Gift Tags is like making mini cards.  They can be as simple or as fancy as you like.  Today’s tags are just a sampling.

You can certainly cut down on the supply list from what I used today.  I am a detail kind of person and when I see an specific element that I want on a card or tag, I try to find it in my stash.

You can simply planning by purchasing a paper stack like Merry Moments and the coordinating card stock:  Merry Moments Assortment Pack – 139007.  Add Whisper White card stock and you could complete quite a few color coordinated cards and tags.  You can also limit your ink color to just Cherry Cobbler without sacrificing great looking tags.

My tags use two different sets of framelits, however, the Tags & Labels framelits have several different nesting framelits that should meet all your needs.  It also includes a small framelit that will cut out the hole for your ribbon.  If you want an extra large tag or note style tag, you can fold the card stock and run it through the Big Shot without cutting the bottom edge.  This is what I did to made the large Whisper White and Cherry Cobbler note tag.

Whatever style you prefer, you will be able to WOW your gift recipients with that special homemade touch on your Christmas Gift tags.
